Amazing-Man

Credits

At his secret headquarters, Mister Que plots to steal the Sky King, a massive blimp constructed by the United States army. A spy overhears this but is caught and shot to death. However, the spy manages to radio the Amazing-Man and warn him prompting the hero and his sidekick, Tommy, race to the military base. Unfortunately, the pair arrive too late to stop the invasion. When Aman boards the Sky King to stop Mister Que he is sprayed in the face with a knockout gas an is forced out of the blimp. Thankfully, the hero manages to grab on of Mister Que’s Nazi soldiers and learns that the blimp is being stolen so the Nazis can attack the Panama Canal.

The Amazing Man informs the military and they soon travel to the Canal in order to defend it. Along the way, the rails are melted by some powerful weapon, but Aman and Tommy use their herculean strength to prevent it from crashing. Searching the area for a means of getting to the canal, the pair spot a nearby observatory that shouldn’t even exist. Going inside, Aman sees through the astronomer’s disguise, revealing him to be Mister Que. Unfortunately, some soldiers enter the room and shoot Aman with poison bullets that weaken him. Both he and Tommy are tied up and left behind while the Sky King takes off from its hidden hanger within the mountain. Tommy manages to break free from his bonds by using a magnifying glass to reflect sunlight onto his bonds. Giving Aman the antidote. Then, with a commandeered plane, they catch up to the Sky King and discover that Mister Que had rigged a massive magnifying glass to destroy the Panama Canal. Leaping aboard the plane, the pair destroy the Sky King than allow enemies from using it to destroy the canal.

Although Mister Que was on board when the blimp exploded, the Amazing-Man doesn’t think that they have seen the last of his enemy.
