Fantastic Four (Vol 3) #8
Storm Warnings
When the Fantastic Four interfered with Technet's attempts to capture Franklin Richards for Saturnyne, the Captain Britain Corps was called in to collect the powerful mutant child from his family. The Fantastic Four however refuse to go down without a fight and despite increasingly impossible odds battle it out against the seemingly endless supply of multiversal Captain Britains. Soon Reed, Ben and Johnny are defeated in battle, but Sue remains fighting to the bitter end, using her invisibility powers to protect Franklin and Alyssa Moy from the army of Captains. Seeing his family in danger upsets Franklin to the point where his powers begin to flare up, causing him to unconsciously boost the powers of the Fantastic Four. The quartet begin making quick work of defeating the Captain Britain Corps. Seeking to escape retribution for their part in the attempt to kidnap Franklin, Technet tries to make a run for it. However before their teammate Yap can teleport them away he is knocked out by a falling member of the Crops, leaving the other members of Technet stuck.
With his powers growing to uncontrollable levels, Johnny has to fly high above the city in order to unleash his nova flame. However while above the city, Johnny notices how there is little to no collateral damage caused to the city despite their increased powers and the massive number of Corps members attacking them. Seeking answers, the Torch swoops down and grabs Gatcrasher of Technet and demands she explains what is going on. Threatening to drop Gatecrasher unless she talks, the bounty hunter cracks and tells him the cause of their increased powers. She also explains that when the Corps was summoned the Fantastic Four were teleported to their realm instead of the other way around. Otherworld was made to look like New York City in order to fool them. Wanting more answers, Johnny forces Gatecrasher to lead him to the Starlight Citadel, domain of Opal Luna Satuyrnine and Roma the guardians of the Omniverse. There he is introduced to two women who explain that they are the center point of all realities, showing that both Eternity and Infinity stand outside of their Citadel.
Johnny demands to know why they are coming after Franklin and learn that both Saturnyne and Roma consider him a threat to existence thanks to his reality altering powers. Johnny tries to convince them that if they leave the boy alone there is no danger. Roma explains that Franklin needs to be protected from those who would exploit his cosmic powers and questions if his family is the safest place for him. When Johnny argues this, Saturnyne threatens to break a crystal that will cause his reality to cease to exist, asking the Torch if he is willing to sacrifice his entire continuim for his nephew. Johnny explains that the Fantastic Four can keep Franklin safe because they are a family and that they have faced cosmic spanning threats. To give credibility to his claims he asks the two women to seek out Galactus. To Johnny's surprise, Galactus has already been summoned, but he concurs that the Fantastic Four are formidable foes. Johnny then proposes a deal: allow the Fantastic Four to keep Franklin and prove they can keep him safe from whatever dangers may come to exploit him. Johnny states that if at anytime they fail to do so, Roma and Saturnyne can take Franklin as well as the whole team.
Agreeing to Johnny's terms, Roma teleports the Fantastic Four back to Earth where the others are confused at to why the battle abruptly ended. When Johnny arrives and to tell them what happened, Ben figures that Johnny must have somehow saved their entire world.

Roma and Saturnyne are seeking to capture Franklin because he is deemed a threat to the multiverse this is because of the following:
In Onslaught Marvel Universe #1 the Fantastic Four and Avengers were saved by Franklin when they sacrificed their lives trying to stop Onslaught resulting in the heroes being transported to the Counter-Earth dimension.
When the Celestials threatened to destroy either Earth-616 or Counter-Earth, Franklin faced off against them saving both dimensions as seen in Heroes Reborn: The Return #1-4.
