The Guns of the Two-Gun Kid!
The Two-Gun Kid is riding along the range when he spots a lone man being chased by a posse. Hearing the man's cry for help the Two-Gun Kid tells the rider to move on and begins shooting it out with the people chasing him. The men soon stop shooting when they realize they are up against the Two-Gun Kid. The Kid realizes that he has been tricked when it turns out the posse is being led by the sheriff of Eagle Pass who informs him that they were after outlaw Blackie Nash and the Kid's rash actions allowed Nash to get away. Before the Kid can ride off after Nash to pay him back for tricking him, the sheriff stops him again. The sheriff tells the Kid that he doesn't want a brash gunslinger running around his town dispensing justice as these snap decisions are exactly what happens and orders the Kid not to use his guns while in Eagle Pass. The sheriff and his men then head off to try and capture Blackie Nash.
The Kid then rides into Eagle Pass where he waits for a cattle run to reach town so he can drive it on ward -- the job he took on that brought him to Eagle Pass. When the run is running late the Kid decides to ride around to pass the time. While out on a trail near town, the Kid notices hoof prints in the ground and realizes that Blackie Nash must have doubled back to a hideout closer to town. As he inspects the hoof prints someone tries to take a shot at him, confirming his suspicions. The Kid goes behind some rocks to cover himself and is about to return fire when he remembers his promise to the sheriff not to use his guns around Eagle Pass. Not far away, Blackie Nash wonders why the Kid is not shooting back but uses the opportunity to pour on more lead. This forces the Kid and his horse Cyclone to break cover and dive off a cliff into a raging river down below. Not seeing the Kid surface from the waters, Nash comes to believe that the Kid died in the rapids. However the Kid survived and pulls himself out of the water, hoping to catch Blackie Nash alone and ambush him.
However, luck is not shining on the Two-Gun Kid as at a nearby cave Blackie Nash meets with some of his old gang. They begin to discuss looting Eagle Pass while the sheriff and his posse are gone when they spot the Two-Gun Kid climbing up in front of them and surround the gunslinging hero. Blackie manages to get a single shot off, wounding the Kid's arm. Unable to pull his guns due to his promise, the Kid instead grabs Blackie and uses him as a human shield against his minions. Spotting a nearby cave, the Kid throws Blackie into his gang members and makes a run for it and manages to get to cover. With a large rock ready to brain anyone who comes in, the Kid believes that he has an advantage, but when Blackie and his men don't come at him he realizes that he only succeeded in trapping himself as there is no other way out of the cave. With his arm wounded and bleeding out, the Kid realizes that time will eventually run out for him and begins patching up his arm with a make shift tourniquet.
Meanwhile outside of the cave, Blackie realizes that the Kid is trying to lure them into going into the cave and leaves one of his men on guard while the rest of the gang goes to rob Eagle Pass. With Blackie and his men gone, the Kid pretends to try and cut a deal with the lone sentry, fooling him into coming close enough for the Kid to throw a rock knocking the guard out. Two-Gun then removes the outlaws gun and goes after Blackie and the rest of the gang. The Kid arrives in town just as Blackie and his men have taken over and are about the blow up the safe in the local bank with a bundle of explosives. The Kid shoots the explosives out of Blackie's hands and then with his superior gunfighting skills shoots the guns out of the rest of the gang members hands. With Blackie disarmed, the Two-Gun Kid then knocks him out with a single point.
By this time the sheriff and his men have returned to town and have witnessed the whole thing. While the sheriff is happy that the Kid managed to capture Blackie and his gang he is disappointed that the Kid broke his promise. However the Kid explains he didn't, telling the sheriff that while he promised not to use his own guns, he made no such promise that he wouldn't use someone else's, pointing out that the gun he was using was taken from the outlaw he left tied up back out by the cave. Soon the Kid's arm is patched up and he continues on his way.

Colts Blaze in Boontown!
The Two-Gun Kid stops into the local saloon in Boontown and witnesses some of the locals picking on an elderly mop boy named Charlie who claims that he has a son, but nobody believes him. The Kid has had enough when one of the men kicks over Charlie's mop bucket and confronts him. The Kid orders him to clean up the spilled water but when the bully refuses he tries to take a swing at Two-Gun. The Kid then knocks the bully over and then orders him again to clean up the water.
The Kid then pretends to be Charlie's supposedly long lost son, bringing the old man joy. He then scolds the patrons for teasing an old man and then forces the bartender to give Charlie a more dignified job. With the fear put into those who once tormented Charlie, he gets them all to swear to teach Charlie right or he will come back and deal with them. With that the Two-Gun Kid decides to leave, telling Charlie that he will come back some day. Just as he rides out of town, the Two-Gun Kid is stopped by the sheriff who recognizes him and thanks him for helping out old Charlie. The Kid tells him that he was just doing what any child would do for his father and rides off, unaware that Charlie never really had a son at all.
